This beloved summer festival, organized by Circolo ANSPI and Gruppo Giovanile Pozzo, transforms this picturesque hillside into a vibrant hub of celebration, music, and authentic flavors. For over forty years, volunteers have passionately prepared sweet and savory frittelle by hand, following time-honored recipes passed down through generations. Beyond these delightful fried treats, you'll find grilled meats, classic Umbrian pasta dishes, and live orchestras that will have everyone dancing late into the night. It's a true taste of local life and community spirit!
