The 21st edition of the Sagra della Costata di Vitello celebrates local food and wine with a complete menu: appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts, wines, and cocktails. Evening specialties include wood-fired pizza (Friday and Sunday) and slow-roasted pork (Saturday). Every evening from 6:00 PM, enjoy an 'aperisagra' with music, followed by dinner from 7:00 PM. Four evenings of lively conviviality with live entertainment, local artists, and DJ sets await you.

Join us for four nights of fun! 📅 Thursday, August 13th: Kick off the festival at 6:00 PM with an 'Aperisagra' featuring music, followed by a full dinner at 7:00 PM. At 7:00 PM, embark on a shooting star e-bike tour. Later, at 9:00 PM, enjoy a performance by KINESIS fitness gym athletes, and at 10:00 PM, rock out with ANTANI PROJECT - Crazy Rock Show. 📅 Friday, August 14th: The 'Aperisagra' with music starts at 6:00 PM, with dinner and wood-fired pizza available from 7:00 PM. At 9:00 PM, witness a dance exhibition by masters Valentina Porro and Daniele Bordone (Le Stelle Danzanti), followed by the MARIANNA LANTERI Orchestra at 10:00 PM. 📅 Saturday, August 15th (Ferragosto): Celebrate Ferragosto with an 'Aperisagra' from 5:00 PM, featuring music, dance, and a DJ set by Mauro Vay. Dinner, including 100 kg of slow-roasted pork, begins at 7:00 PM. At 10:00 PM, dance to the EXPLOSION disco band, with an After Party DJ set by Mauro Vay starting at 11:00 PM. 📅 Sunday, August 16th: Enjoy an 'Aperisagra' with music from 6:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, there will be entertainment for kids and a performance by ALBA CHEER TITANS. Dinner, including wood-fired pizza, starts at 7:00 PM. The festival concludes with a performance by KILLER QUEEN - Queen Tribute Band at 10:00 PM. Free shuttle service available from the MGM parking lot. Admission is free every evening, and no reservation is required.
