The Sagra della Cinta Senese Brada in San Casciano dei Bagni celebrates its 17th edition! This festival is a tribute to the Cinta Senese, a unique Tuscan pig breed renowned for its superior quality meat. You'll find traditional dishes like cured meats, prosciutto, sausages, and other Tuscan specialties made from Cinta Senese pork. Local producers will have stands selling fresh meat, cheeses, and regional products. There will also be educational demonstrations on farming and meat processing techniques, sharing the history and characteristics of the Cinta Senese. Enjoy a festive atmosphere with concerts, folk shows, and entertainment for the whole family at the sports facilities where the event takes place.
