The 43rd Sagra della Castagna in Turania celebrates the flavors of autumn with a rich program. You can join an excursion into the chestnut grove to gather chestnuts, followed by the opening of food and wine stands. The day will be enlivened with games, shows, and live music from Alteregorockband and a DJ-set, culminating in the traditional Ballo della Mammoccia. Don't miss out on roasted chestnuts and other local specialties.
Indulge in hearty Italian comfort food like polenta with meat sauce, grilled lamb skewers (arrosticini di pecora), and savory sausages. For a quick bite, grab a hot dog or a sausage sandwich. And of course, no Sagra della Castagna would be complete without freshly roasted chestnuts (caldarroste) and other delightful local treats.

Food and wine stands open at 12:30 PM, followed by entertainment and games at 3:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, enjoy the 'TUTTI COL NASO ALL'INSU' show, and then get ready to dance at 7:00 PM with the traditional Ballo della Mammoccia and live music from ALTEREGOROCKBAND and a DJ-SET.
