Join us on October 31st and November 1st, 2026, for the XX Sagra della Castagna e del Mangiare Antico. Food and wine stands open at 10:00 AM. Enjoy itinerant traditional folk music starting at 11:00 AM with Gruppo Folk ZËMËRAT E REA, followed by more music and folk dances by TarantAcri Folk di Acri. At 4:00 PM, explore 'Arte in Sagra,' an art exhibition featuring works by Mimma Mazzei, and participate in a traditional Arbëreshë costume sewing workshop with Filomena Cortese. More itinerant traditional folk music by A PIDE FERME di Saracena begins at 4:30 PM. Food stands reopen at 6:00 PM, leading up to the Etnosound musical performance, 'Musica Popolare Emigrante,' at 8:30 PM. Throughout the festival, discover stands offering typical products, local food and wine, artisan crafts, and cultural promotion by local associations.
