Get ready for the 45th edition of the Sagra della Bruschetta in Morano Osteria! This beloved festival takes place in a unique two-level venue: the lower floor is entirely dedicated to dining, while the upper floor is for dancing and enjoying music. This setup allows you to savor your dinner with the lively sounds of the party happening just above. Organized by the Pro Morano Tourist Association, with the invaluable help of the locals and their culinary skills, the Sagra della Bruschetta boasts a renowned, high-quality kitchen. Each year, they offer a delicious menu featuring excellent first courses, hearty main dishes, and, most importantly, a wide variety of bruschette. The undisputed star of the entire menu is the Morano Bruschetta, truly unique and inimitable, made with flour from Morano Osteria’s own stone mill, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, and garlic. Every bruschetta is carefully conceived, studied to perfectly balance flavors, and then expertly prepared and tasted to ensure an outstanding result. Plus, each bruschetta is made fresh to order, guaranteeing you the best possible taste of every single ingredient.

For something truly unique, don't miss the 'Moranese' with sautéed pork jowl and sage, or the 'Tirolese,' a polenta bruschetta with speck and smoked scamorza cheese. Beyond bruschette, the menu offers traditional Italian first courses like 'Penne alla norcina' and 'Tagliatelle al sugo d'oca' (tagliatelle with goose sauce). Main courses include mixed grilled meats and roasted cod. Don't forget to try 'Crescia,' a local flatbread served with various fillings like sausage and cheese. And for a sweet finish, enjoy 'Bruscanutella' (toasted bread with Nutella), classic Tiramisù, or a delightful three-chocolate mousse.
