Celebrate the 30th edition of the Sagra della Brüsadèla, a festival dedicated to a unique local focaccia baked in traditional wood-fired ovens, available in both savory and sweet versions. Beyond this specialty, you'll find delicious risotto, local cured meats, slow-cooked braised dishes, and regional wines. The historic town center will host market stalls all day long, featuring typical products, local crafts, and family entertainment.

Join us on Friday, August 21, 2026, for a full day of festivities. The 30th Sagra della Brüsadèla officially opens from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM with greetings from local authorities. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, enjoy an Apennine Singing Workshop with Voci Libere (Alessandro Cattaneo, Andrea D'Ambrosio, Claudio Lanza). At 4:00 PM, attend the workshop 'La Galina Grisa - Modernità di un rito antico' with Sandro Castagnetti and Luca Lanza. At 5:30 PM, Romagnese hosts the first stop of the IT.A.CA Responsible Tourism Festival with 'Briciole di Brüsadèla e sorsi di Mate,' including the presentation of Brüsadèla's candidacy for the Slow Food Ark of Taste. The evening concludes at 9:00 PM with 'Romagnese in Canto,' a concert featuring Voci Libere dell'Appennino, I ragazzi della Baracchina, and Romagnese Canta (entry by donation, bar service available in the piazza).
