The 8th edition of the Sagra della Bistecca takes place every evening on the panoramic terrace of the former rectory in Rocca. Volunteers from the Associazione Il Borgo della Rocca ODV offer the renowned Bistecca di Rocca, wild boar tortelli, and other authentic local specialties.
Indulge in a true Tuscan feast with first courses like Maccheroni sull'anatra and Maccheroni sulla pecora, or the comforting Polenta ai funghi and rich Tortelli al cinghiale. For your main course, savor the famous Bistecca di Rocca, tender Pecora in umido, or the hearty Peposo di Rocca with polenta. Don't miss the unique Polpette di sedano or the Gran fritto dell'aia, a delightful mix of fried chicken, rabbit, and vegetables.
