Indulge in the festival's signature dish, Barbazza all'Aceto, a distinctive cured pork jowl in vinegar. You'll also find classic Italian grilled specialties like Braciole alla Brace (grilled pork ribs) and Salsicce alla Brace (grilled sausages), all prepared fresh at the food stand.
The festival kicks off on Thursday, August 20th at 7:00 PM with the opening of the food stand, followed by music and dancing with Matteo Tassi. On Friday, August 21st at 7:00 PM, the food stand reopens, leading into 'Emozioni,' a musical tribute to Battisti and Mogol by Gianmarco Carroccia. Saturday, August 22nd at 7:00 PM features another food stand opening and a lively dance evening with the Orchestra Andrea Bianchini. The program for Sunday, August 23rd is still being finalized.
