The Sagra del Tortellone d'Autunno returns to Bevilacqua, Crevalcore (BO) for two weekends dedicated to Emilia-Romagna cuisine, with a special focus on tortelloni. You'll find numerous variations of these delicious stuffed pasta, from classic pumpkin or ricotta and spinach fillings to more unique recipes. The festival also offers a selection of meat and fish main courses, along with delightful desserts.
Indulge in a variety of exquisite tortelloni, including potato, sausage, and mushroom tortelloni with rocket pesto and hazelnut crumble; ricotta and mortadella tortelloni with crispy prosciutto and apple vinegar; and pumpkin-filled tortelloni with guanciale, pecorino cheese, and balsamic glaze. Beyond pasta, savor traditional roasted meats, castrato (mutton), mixed grilled dishes, and fried fish specialties, complemented by fresh vegetables and a selection of desserts.
Join us for two weekends of culinary delights! The food stand opens at 7:00 PM on October 1-2-3 and October 8-9-10, 2026. On Sundays, October 4 and October 11, the food stand opens for lunch at 12:00 PM.
