The traditional Sagra del Tortello returns to La Briglia di Vaiano for a day dedicated to one of the most characteristic flavors of Val di Bisenzio cuisine. For decades, volunteers from the Circolo ARCI Spola d’Oro have been preparing tortelli according to the local recipe, passing down the culinary knowledge and traditions of the region.
