The Sagra del Tortello in Nodica, organized by the Pappiana Sports Association, offers two weekends of authentic Tuscan flavors and traditions. Beyond the classic tortelli with ragù and mushroom sauces, the menu features pasta with wild boar ragù, stewed wild boar, grilled meats, and traditional desserts. Every evening comes alive with live orchestra music and 'ballo liscio' (smooth dancing), plus games for children, making it a perfect family outing.
Indulge in a variety of traditional Tuscan dishes, including handmade tortelli pasta with rich Tuscan ragù, savory mushroom sauce, or delicate butter and sage. Other pasta dishes feature wild boar ragù. For main courses, savor grilled meats and slow-cooked wild boar stew.
