Experience authentic Tuscan flavors at the Sagra del Tortello alla Pelaghese in Pelago (Florence)! Held over two weekends, June 19-21 and June 26-28, this traditional food festival is organized by the USD Pelago volunteers. The highlight is their handmade potato tortelli, a local specialty. You'll also find other delicious homemade pasta, grilled meats, mixed roasts, and the famous bomboloni from Emilio. Food stands open nightly at 7:00 PM at the "La Pira" Pastoral Center, with indoor seating available in case of rain.
