Join the 45th edition of the Sagra del Tortellino Tradizionale in Castelfranco Emilia as it celebrates its iconic gastronomic symbol: the traditional tortellino. These delicious pasta parcels are hand-rolled with a mattarello and filled with local DOP and IGP certified products. Beyond the incredible food, the festival offers a vibrant program of dance performances, jazz concerts, musical tributes, sports events, and a grand historical parade, creating a festive atmosphere for the whole family.
Indulge in the star of the festival: the traditional tortellino. These exquisite pasta rings are served in a rich broth, featuring a delicate pasta sheet and a savory filling made with pork loin, Prosciutto di Modena, Mortadella di Bologna, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, eggs, and a hint of nutmeg.
