The 44th Sagra del Timballo celebrates the most iconic dish of Abruzzese cuisine. This two-day festival features food stands, live concerts, music, and traditional games. The Aquilano timballo is the star of the show, accompanied by other local specialties and a lively, convivial atmosphere.

Join us on Saturday, August 1, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM for the opening of the food stands. The evening continues with live music at 9:00 PM featuring "Vittorio il Fenomeno" and "I fratelli Scacchia," followed by a DJ set with "Antonio C'è" at 11:30 PM. On Sunday, August 2, the fun begins at 3:00 PM with a briscola tournament, and the festival concludes with a concert by the "Exentia Live Band" at 9:00 PM.
