Bondeno (FE) is once again hosting and expanding its popular Sagra del Tartufo, this year from October 8th to 11th. This festival has grown in renown over the years, thanks to the high quality of the ingredients used in its dishes. Local truffle hunters guarantee the authenticity of the white, 'bianchetto,' black, and De.Co truffles from the Bondeno area. You'll have the chance to savor many gastronomic specialties, especially the festival's iconic dish: Armanda's Coccio with White Truffle. Kitchens are open daily from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and on Sundays also from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Reservations are mandatory and can be made by calling +39 392.8799086.
