On Saturdays, the festival is open from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This 13th edition highlights local summer black truffles with a special menu by Chef Claudio Favale, gourmet cocktails by Fabrizio Messineo, and a selection of Made in Lazio wines.
