Join us on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2026, at RISTORANTE BIANCHI SAN COLOMBANO - VIA BONDEGNO. The festival kicks off at 10:00 AM with live pork butchery demonstrations, including grinding and sausage making. From 10:00 AM, local butchers will showcase their products with tastings and sales. Lunch at Ristorante Bianchi, featuring 'Spiedo con polenta e patatine' for €25.00, starts at 12:30 PM (reservations recommended: Tel. 030 927268). At 3:00 PM, a popular jury competition begins, followed by a salami tying contest at 4:00 PM. Awards will be presented at 5:00 PM. Throughout the day, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, explore the market stalls on Via Tartaglia, all set to the lively sounds of accordion music.
