Indulge in a diverse culinary journey with specialties like Paella, traditional Italian pasta dishes, and hearty main courses such as Baccalà e Seppie in umido (cod and cuttlefish stew), grilled Galletto (rooster), and the impressive Spiedo Gigante (giant spit roast). Don't miss the Bavarian-style offerings including Spätzle, Stinco (pork hock), and Würstel, all perfectly paired with a selection of beers.

The festival kicks off on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th, at 7:00 PM with a special dinner featuring “BACCALÀ E SEPPIE IN UMIDO” (reservations recommended), followed by live music with “STEREO LIVE” at 9:00 PM. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th, offers a “GALLETTO ALLA BRACE” dinner at 7:00 PM (reservations recommended) and live music by “ENERGY MIX BY CTS” at 9:00 PM. On SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th, enjoy lunch with “PASTA&PASTA” at 12:00 PM, with proceeds benefiting the Parish (reservations appreciated). An art exhibition, “Venti di Chimere,” opens at 4:30 PM at Sala Tina Anselmi, and food stands open at 7:00 PM. The festivities continue on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2nd, with a “PAELLA” dinner at 7:00 PM (reservations recommended) and live music from “GRISO BAND” at 9:00 PM. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd, is a special day, starting at 5:00 PM with opening celebrations alongside the Mayor and friends from Zorneding. At 5:30 PM, savor “TYPICAL BAVARIAN DISHES: Spätzle, Stinco, Würstel and rivers of Beer,” accompanied by live traditional music from “SPRITZ BAND” at 8:30 PM. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4th, features a “SPIEDO GIGANTE” lunch at 12:00 PM (reservations recommended, take-away available from 11:30 AM). At 3:00 PM, attend Vespers and a procession with the image of the Madonna in the Church. Enjoy a concert by the CORPO BANDISTICO di Cappella Maggiore, directed by Maestro Francesco Perin, at 4:30 PM, alongside children's entertainment with “Giochi de na’olta” (old-fashioned games). Food stands open at 7:00 PM. Food kiosks are open Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM, and Sundays at 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Traditional cuisine will be available daily, except for Sunday, September 27th lunch, Saturday, October 3rd, and Sunday, October 4th lunch. Additional attractions include a charity market by AIL, prevention initiatives with LILT, an Alpine chestnut roast, and amusement rides.
