The 51st Sagra del Riso transforms Merlengo, a charming hamlet in Ponzano Veneto, into a vibrant stage of flavors and traditions from August 21st to 31st. Each day, a different local restaurateur showcases their unique rice-based specialty, complemented by delicious grilled dishes, fried treats, beer, and wine. Evenings come alive with live music and entertainment. On the feast day of San Bartolomeo, a community mass is held at 10:00 AM, followed by a festive community lunch, concluding the event in a spirit of celebration and togetherness.
