Each day, a different local restaurateur showcases their unique rice-based specialty, complemented by delicious grilled dishes, fried treats, refreshing beer, and local wine. Evenings come alive with live music and captivating performances. On the feast day of San Bartolomeo, a community mass is held at 10:00 AM, followed by a festive community lunch, bringing the celebration to a close in a spirit of joy and togetherness.
