The 32nd Sagra del Riso returns to Simaxis on October 10th and 11th, 2026, celebrating one of the most important agricultural products of the Campidano di Oristano region: rice! This two-day festival is packed with exhibitions, delicious rice-based dishes to sample, live shows, and plenty of entertainment. Saturday evening features a live concert, while Sunday brings a special show cooking event with Chef Cozzina.
