The Sagra del Raviolo Nostrano di Covo returns for its 39th edition with four days dedicated to Covo's signature specialty: the Raviolo Nostrano di Covo De.Co., still handmade by local volunteers. This year, the gastronomic celebration is joined by the 12th edition of Medioevo Covese, transforming the historic center over the weekend with medieval encampments, ancient crafts, archers, flag-wavers, minstrels, captivating shows, and a grand historical parade. The festivities are rounded out with guided tours of the village and its murals, art exhibitions, a farmer's market, a Luna Park, and a traditional fireworks display to conclude the event.
Indulge in the star of the festival, the Raviolo Nostrano di Covo De.Co., a handmade pasta specialty unique to Covo. Prepared with dedication by local volunteers, this traditional dish offers an authentic taste of regional Italian cuisine.
