The 54th edition of the Sagra del Raviolo invites you to celebrate the rich food and wine traditions of the Val d'Orcia region. Savor authentic handmade ravioli, served with classic meat ragù or a delicate butter and sage sauce. Complement your meal with local delicacies like Pecorino di Contignano cheese. Each evening features live music and dancing with orchestras and DJs. On Saturday, lunch is also available starting at 12:00 PM. Covered seating is available in case of bad weather.

Start with a "Tris di cacio" featuring Pecorino di Contignano cheese and pears, or classic sides like "Fagioli all'uccelletta" (beans in tomato sauce) and crispy french fries. The stars of the show are the handmade ravioli, available with rich meat ragù or a simple, elegant butter and sage sauce. For main courses, choose from a variety of grilled meats like pork and veal steaks, sausages, or traditional specialties such as roasted pork shank, "fegatelli" (pork liver), and "trippa" (tripe). Fresh fried fish is also on offer, ensuring there's something for every palate.
