The Sagra del Porchetto program features the opening of the food stand every evening at 7:30 PM. Among the festival's specialties, the pork shank, expertly cooked by local volunteers, stands out. The Sagra del Porchetto also offers plenty of fun: dance lovers can hit the floor with the best Umbrian orchestras. Don't miss the artistic events, including comedy shows and music for younger crowds. The Sagra del Porchetto is organized by the Pro loco of San Liberato.
