The Sagra del Passatello in Savio di Cervia celebrates its 13th edition, featuring delicious passatelli pasta prepared by the skilled 'Azdore' (traditional Romagna cooks). This lively event offers a rich menu of local gastronomic specialties, live entertainment, and activities for all ages. It takes place at PalaSavio, a covered and heated structure, with free admission.
Indulge in a wide array of Romagna's culinary delights! The star of the show is, of course, the Passatelli, served in various mouth-watering preparations like with porcini mushrooms, truffle, seafood, or in a rich meat broth. Beyond pasta, savor traditional main courses such as grilled meats, including Fiorentina steak, or a grand imperial fried fish platter. Don't miss the 'Bruschetta' with creative toppings, classic Italian desserts like Tiramisù and Zuppa inglese, and a selection of local wines and refreshing beverages.
The festival runs from October 9th to October 18th. Food stands are open daily for dinner from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. On Sundays (October 11th and 18th), enjoy lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Special entertainment includes children's animation with Animasole (soap bubbles, costumes, and games) on Sunday, October 11th at 1:30 PM, followed by a performance by "I Pasqualotti." On Saturday, October 17th, there will be games organized by the Parish animators at 3:00 PM in the Pinetina area. Sunday, October 18th, features a Holy Mass with the "Benedizione dei Trattori" (Blessing of Tractors) at 11:15 AM, children's entertainment from 1:30 PM, and music by "I Pitoni" at 1:30 PM, followed by a comedic magic show with Lidio con la D GeMiO. Throughout the entire week, a charming market will offer local crafts and gastronomic products.
