The Sagra del Melone Giallo kicks off on July 31st at 8:30 PM with the grand distribution of the 25th Anniversary Mega Cake, crafted by Pastry Chef Giovanni Mangione. At the same time, explore the "Melone in Fiera" with the inauguration of exhibition spaces. On Saturday, August 1st, enjoy a ticketed tasting of yellow melon culinary specialties prepared by Chef Raffaele Piazza, featuring couscous with melon, fresh pasta with melon and speck, soy-marinated chicken fingers with melon, melon cannoli, and melon slices. The festivities continue on Sunday, August 2nd, at 8:30 PM with another ticketed tasting by Chef Raffaele Piazza, including risotto with yellow melon, melon gelato, and fresh melon slices. Earlier on Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, participate in "MI PRENDO CURA DI TE," a special health and prevention event offering a health path, free screenings, and preventive activities for citizens.
