The 38th edition of the Sagra del Maialino alla Brace celebrates the Feast of San Vincenzo with food stands open every evening (from 7:00 PM, and Sunday also for lunch from 12:00 PM). The festival offers a rich program including card game tournaments (Briscola and Scala 40), dialect theater performances, dance shows, an evening dance party with Orchestra Paradise, roasted piglet available for takeout, a blessing of the countryside, and live music with DJ sets and traditional stornellatori singers.
Indulge in the festival's star attraction: succulent Maialino alla Brace (roasted suckling pig), a beloved Italian main course cooked to perfection. This is a fantastic opportunity to savor authentic regional flavors.
Join us for a lively program! On THURSDAY, JULY 16, celebrate the Festa di San Vincenzo with a Briscola tournament at 9:00 PM, followed by the dialect comedy 'La pinziò' by Compagnia teatrale Don Valerio Fermanelli Luana Moretti at 9:30 PM. FRIDAY, JULY 17 features a Scala 40 tournament at 9:00 PM and dancing with the Andrea Censi Band at 9:00 PM. SATURDAY, JULY 18 kicks off with Maialino alla Brace distribution for takeout at 6:00 PM, a dance exhibition by FESTIVAL DANCE CLUB ASD di Emiliano e Martina at 8:30 PM, and an evening dance party with Orchestra Paradise on a steel dance floor at 9:30 PM. SUNDAY, JULY 19 includes Holy Mass and Procession at 11:00 AM, a blessing of the countryside and agricultural vehicles, Maialino alla Brace distribution for takeout starting at 11:00 AM, a plowing demonstration at 5:00 PM, entertainment with the stornellatori group 'La Martinicchia' at 6:00 PM, and a DJ set by 'Emiliano Effe' at 9:30 PM. Food stands are open every evening from 7:00 PM, and on Sunday also for lunch from 12:00 PM.
