The 28th edition of the Sagra del Maialetto brings together the flavors of Apollosa: traditional roasted pork, homemade egg tagliatelle with rich ragù, and a selection of DOC and IGT wines from the Taburno region. The event offers 1,500 covered seats, three days of live music, DJ sets, exhibition stands and cultural activities. Sunday lunch is by reservation only.
