The 47th edition of the Sagra del Maccherone celebrates one of the most ancient and renowned events in the Maremma region. Set in the charming Parco della Fonte di Vandro, this festival invites you to savor typical Maremman dishes: tortelli, wild boar stew (cinghiale alla cacciatora), trippa, and the famous maccheroni. The program features free live music every evening, with DJ sets, concerts, orchestral performances, and tribute bands. Local specialties will also be served for lunch on Ferragosto.
Indulge in authentic Maremman cuisine, featuring hearty first courses like the renowned Maccheroni and traditional Tortelli Maremmani. For main dishes, savor the rich Cinghiale alla Cacciatora (wild boar stew) and the local specialty, Trippa.
