Starting at 7:30 PM each evening, our food stands will be serving up a rich menu of river prawn and trout dishes, accompanied by live music. It's the perfect opportunity to savor local specialties in a festive atmosphere.
Indulge in a delightful array of river-fresh flavors! Our menu features exquisite trout dishes like herb-infused trout in oil, Santa Susanna risotto with trout ragù, and grilled trout fillet with Santa Susanna bread, prepared by "Ristorante Parco alle Noci." For prawn lovers, we offer gnocchetti with prawn sauce, panzanella salad with garden flavors and prawns, and prawns in a vibrant green sauce. With 12 different menu options available each night, there's something to satisfy every palate.
