Since 1994, the Sagra del Fungo Porcino in Colle di Fuori has celebrated the "King of the Forest" – the porcino mushroom – in the heart of the Castelli Romani. This nine-day festival is dedicated to porcino-based cuisine, featuring four local restaurants, live music, dancing, artisan crafts, typical local products, children's activities, and nature trails within the Castelli Romani Park. Food stands are open for both lunch and dinner.
