Get ready for the 20th edition of the Sagra del Fritto Misto, taking place in Montaldo, a charming hamlet of Cerrina Monferrato, from August 28th to 31st. This food festival offers a delicious array of traditional Piedmontese fried mixed dishes, along with appetizers, agnolotti pasta, delightful desserts, and even pizza on Friday night. All dishes are perfectly paired with local wines. Every evening from 9:30 PM, enjoy live music, DJ sets, and dancing, making for a weekend full of flavor and fun.
Indulge in a variety of authentic Piedmontese flavors, highlighted by the signature Fritto Misto alla Piemontese – a delicious mix of fried meats, vegetables, and sweets. You'll also find traditional agnolotti pasta, a selection of local appetizers, and delightful typical desserts. For those visiting on Friday evening, freshly made pizza will also be available.
The festival kicks off on August 28th with the food stands opening at 6:30 PM, followed by a live performance from WOW Band at 10:00 PM. On August 29th, enjoy a series of concerts starting at 9:30 PM, featuring Liscio 2000, FREE MUSIC BAND, and Mike e i Simpatici. Throughout the entire festival, from August 28th to 31st, there will be dancing with orchestras and DJ sets every evening from 9:30 PM.
