Get ready for the 20th edition of the Sagra del Fritto Misto, taking place in Montaldo, a charming hamlet within Cerrina Monferrato, from August 28th to 31st. This food festival offers a delicious array of traditional Piedmontese fried specialties, along with appetizers, agnolotti pasta, delightful desserts, and even pizza. All dishes are perfectly paired with local wines. Each evening, starting at 9:30 PM, the dance floor comes alive with live orchestras, DJ sets, and various musical performances, ensuring a weekend full of flavor and fun.
Indulge in a variety of authentic Piedmontese flavors, including the star of the show: Fritto Misto alla Piemontese, a delightful mix of fried delicacies. You'll also find traditional agnolotti pasta, a selection of local appetizers, and typical Italian desserts. On Friday evening, enjoy freshly baked pizza, all complemented by excellent local wines.
The festival kicks off on August 28th with the food stands opening at 6:30 PM, followed by a live performance from WOW Band at 10:00 PM. On August 29th, enjoy a night of music with Concerto Liscio 2000, FREE MUSIC BAND, and Mike e i Simpatici, all starting at 9:30 PM. Every evening from August 28th to 31st, starting at 9:30 PM, there will be dancing with live orchestras and DJ sets.
