The 43rd Sagra del Frico in Carpacco is one of Friuli Venezia Giulia's most famous festivals, dedicated to the region's iconic dish. Dozens of chefs prepare steaming frico from morning to night, offering a culinary spectacle that embodies the taste of a Friulian summer. The event also features music, dancing, live shows, and a Vespa rally.

Join us for days of fun and flavor! The festival kicks off on SATURDAY, AUGUST 8, 2026, with the 12th VESPA RADUNO registration at 2:00 PM, followed by the ride at 3:45 PM. Food stands and festivities open at 6:00 PM, with an evening of dancing featuring ROSSELLA FERRARI E I CASANOVA at 9:00 PM, followed by DJ CRACK BACK and Face-Painting TRUCCABIMBI. SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 2026, sees food stands open at 6:00 PM, with strolling music from DISCOSTAJARE STREETBAND. The evening continues with dancing to LUCA BERGAMINI at 9:00 PM, followed by DJ PIERI. MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2026, food stands open at 6:00 PM, leading into a music night with RADIO PITERPAN 90210 at 9:00 PM, featuring a COCKTAIL BAR and DJ MUCI&EVAN. On FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2026, food stands open at 6:00 PM. At 9:30 PM, get ready for the Italian party SARÀ PERCHÈ TI AMO - Il Party 100% Italiano, with a COCKTAIL BAR and DJ WILLIAM, plus the GMF MOSTRA MODELLINI AGRICOLI (Agricultural Model Exhibition). SATURDAY, AUGUST 15, 2026, food stands open at 6:00 PM. Enjoy a puppet show with I BURATTINI DI GIOGI at 6:30 PM, followed by an evening of dancing with I RODIGINI at 9:00 PM. The grand finale on SUNDAY, AUGUST 16, 2026, starts with food stands opening at 6:00 PM, leading to a spectacular performance by FRANCESCA MAZZUCCATO at 8:30 PM.
