Head to Sospiro, nestled in the heart of the Cremona countryside, for the return of the traditional Sagra del Fasùlin! This beloved local festival celebrates the legendary fasùlin, a unique regional bean, prepared according to time-honored recipes. It's a fantastic opportunity to discover the simple, authentic flavors of traditional Cremonese cuisine, with activities and fun for the little ones too. The second weekend will feature marubini, a local pasta specialty lovingly prepared by volunteers.
Indulge in hearty bowls of fasùlin bean soup, a true taste of local tradition, alongside delicious marubini pasta, a regional specialty. Of course, the star of the show is the fasùlin bean itself, featured in various authentic preparations.
Join us for traditional Cremonese cuisine! The kitchen opens at 7:00 PM on October 29, 30, 31, November 2, 12, 13, and 14, 2026. On November 1 and 15, 2026, enjoy lunch starting at 12:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM. All events take place at the 'Jumbo' Sports Center Festival Area, under a heated marquee.
