For over 30 years, the 31st Sagra del Fagiolo del Taburno has been a vibrant celebration of local cuisine and traditions in Campoli del Monte Taburno (BN). This event offers delicious farm-to-table food and wine, engaging workshops for children, and lively musical performances. It's a fantastic opportunity to savor unique bean-based dishes and discover the culinary excellence of the region.
Indulge in a variety of bean-centric dishes, from simple preparations that highlight the natural flavor of the Taburno bean to creative 'bean surprise' desserts. Savor hearty first courses like Ciambuotto di Fagioli, Fagioli a 'modonostro', and Lavanelle e Fagioli Campolese. For meat lovers, there's roasted pork loin with aromatic potatoes, and a special limited-edition Fagioli e Trippa. Don't miss the street food options, including Montanara al Sugo and a unique Montanara with bean cream, mountain oregano, and extra-virgin olive oil, alongside classic pork steak and sausage sandwiches.

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, the 'Casa del Fagiolo' (Bean House) and fry shop open at 7:00 PM, followed by the 'Giacomino e il Fagiolo Magico' children's workshop at 7:15 PM. The main kitchen and grill open at 7:30 PM. Enjoy a live musical performance by 'Janua' playing traditional music at 9:30 PM, and then dance the night away at the Falanghina & Cherry SPRITZ PARTY with DJ Set by Stefano Supino at 11:30 PM. Sunday, October 4, 2026, kicks off with outdoor activities: a trekking path in the valley with an aperitivo at 'CANTINA PAODONE' at 8:30 AM, a Vespa tour with an aperitivo in the vineyard at 'CAPO TRE VENTI' at 9:30 AM, and a FIAT 500 Club Italia gathering and valley tour with an aperitivo at 'MASSERIA DI MARIA' also at 9:30 AM. The 'Casa del Fagiolo' and fry shop open at 11:00 AM, with the kitchen and grill opening at 12:30 PM. Enjoy Neapolitan music with Roberta Minieri at 1:00 PM, and another 'Giacomino e il Fagiolo Magico' workshop for kids at 4:00 PM. The kitchen and grill reopen at 7:30 PM, followed by a musical performance by 'Jonathan e la Buona Musica' at 9:30 PM.
