Experience the 127th edition of the Sagra del Cotechino in Alberone, Cento (FE)! This traditional festival takes place over two weekends, from late August to early September. The star of the show is the authentic Alberonese cotechino, a delicious local sausage, served in various ways. You'll also find other regional delights like tortellini, garganelli, salamina da sugo, and grilled meats. Evenings come alive with live music starting at 9:30 PM, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display on the final night. A cocktail bar, inflatables for kids, and a charity raffle complete the fun.
