The star of the show is the authentic Alberonese cotechino, a delicious local sausage, served in various preparations. Evenings come alive with live music starting at 9:30 PM, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display on the final night. A cocktail bar, inflatables for kids, and a charity raffle complete the fun.
