The Sagra del Cinghiale di Dugenta is an authentic experience celebrating one of Campania's most deeply rooted gastronomic traditions. Now in its 43rd edition, this festival offers delicious wild boar dishes prepared according to traditional recipes, lively folk music, and the warm hospitality typical of Campanian sagre. It takes place over two distinct periods, allowing everyone to savor these unique specialties.
Indulge in a variety of wild boar delights, from hearty pasta dishes like Pappardelle, Gnocchi, Ravioli, and Strozzapreti with rich wild boar ragù, to savory sandwiches featuring wild boar meat, sausage, and cured ham. Don't miss the slow-cooked wild boar stew, grilled wild boar, or a mixed platter of wild boar specialties. You can also enjoy traditional sides and a generous board of local wild boar cured meats and cheeses.
Join us every weekend from August 21st to November 1st, 2026. On Fridays and Saturdays, the festival runs from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
