Experience the 12th edition of this popular festival dedicated to wild game in the charming village of Buti. Food stands will be open every evening from 7:00 PM at Parco Danielli, serving delicious wild boar specialties like potato tortelli, pappardelle pasta, and fried pasta with prosciutto. Enjoy live music every night at 9:00 PM featuring local artists. A free shuttle service is available from the cemetery parking lot.
Indulge in a variety of Tuscan flavors, starting with mixed crostini and fried pasta with prosciutto. The main stars are the wild boar dishes: rich pappardelle al cinghiale and savory tortelli di patata al cinghiale. For those preferring a classic, there's also pasta al pomodoro. Don't forget the traditional bread and 'coperto' (table charge) for an authentic local dining experience.
Join us for three evenings of festivities! On Friday, August 21st, food stands open at 7:00 PM, followed by live music with Alex and Greta at 9:00 PM. Saturday, August 22nd, also kicks off with food at 7:00 PM, then acoustic music with Ale B at 9:00 PM. Remember the free shuttle from the cemetery parking lot on Saturday! The festival concludes on Sunday, August 23rd, with food stands opening at 7:00 PM and live music by Effepi at 9:00 PM.
