The festival kicks off on THURSDAY, JULY 30, at 9:00 PM with the 'Patronus Civitatis' concert at Chiesa Madre, featuring organist Angelo Campo. The 'Pennellate di Devozione' live painting exhibition also begins, showcasing artists Marco Trigilia, Francesco Trigilia, Gianluigi Pitrolo, Francesco Floriddia, and Giovanni Avveduto. At 10:00 PM, Piazza Garibaldi hosts a live concert by the 'Magic Sound' group. FRIDAY, JULY 31, starts at 6:00 PM with a parade by the Musici e Sbandieratori Casale Canicattini and horse-drawn carts along Via Sipione and Corso Savoia, concluding with a show in Piazza Garibaldi. The Sagra del Carrubo officially opens at 7:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, with food stands and tasting routes. At 7:30 PM, enjoy a giant chess exhibition in collaboration with ASD Scacchistica 'Vincenzo Scollo,' plus a children's play area with 'loca ri na Vota.' The Gruppo Folk Val di Noto Città di Avola performs at 8:30 PM, starting from Piazza Garibaldi. At 9:00 PM, Chiesa Madre hosts a historical-cultural talk by Dott. Salvatore Spadaro, and the live painting continues. At 9:30 PM, a '7 Note per San Luigi' concert features pianist Rosario Di Mari and tenor Amedeo Falla at Chiesa Madre. The folk group returns at 11:00 PM for a final show in Piazza Garibaldi. SATURDAY, AUGUST 1, sees the Sagra del Carrubo stands and tasting routes open again at 7:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, with a presentation on 'The Carob: Identity and Poetry' by Rosario Errante. At 8:00 PM, a ceremony in Piazza Garibaldi honors Rosolini's youth. At 9:00 PM, 'I Pensiero' performs a concert in Piazza Garibaldi. The live painting exhibition concludes at 11:00 PM with the presentation of the artists' work. SUNDAY, AUGUST 2, is the PATRON SAINT FESTIVAL. The Sagra del Carrubo continues at 7:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi with food stands and tastings. At 10:15 PM, the 'Tale Cu C'è' group performs a concert in Piazza Garibaldi. The festival culminates at midnight with a magnificent fireworks display in honor of the Patron Saint, visible from the Passeggiata Comunale.
