The festival kicks off on September 17th with the exhibition area opening at 7:00 PM. On September 18th, 19th, and 20th, you can enjoy Caciocavallo tastings starting at 9:00 AM, followed by 'Re Caciocavallo' (King Caciocavallo) with traditional pasta dishes at 1:00 PM. Each evening, there's a special dinner with 'Re Caciocavallo' at 8:00 PM, capped off with live musical performances at 9:00 PM. Additionally, on September 19th and 20th, the Fiera di S. Fedele fair opens at 9:00 AM, with food stands reopening at the same time.
