The Sagra del Cacciucco in Cecina celebrates Tuscany's famous seafood stew. Enjoy four days of festivities with live music, dance nights, and DJ sets, alongside a rich menu featuring a variety of seafood and land appetizers, first courses, fried dishes, and grilled specialties. Indulge in a wide array of Tuscan delights, from fresh seafood appetizers like fried anchovies, mussel pepper stew (Impepata di cozze), and seafood salad, to hearty first courses such as Fusilloni with swordfish and datterini tomatoes, and gnocchetti with scampi. The star of the show is the Cacciucco, a traditional fish stew, complemented by other main dishes like mixed fried calamari and shrimp, and grilled pork. Don't forget to save room for delicious desserts and refreshing drinks.
The festival kicks off on Thursday, July 9th at 9:00 PM with ANDREA FLAVIONI DJ SET A 360°, where everyone can dance! On Friday, July 10th at 9:00 PM, the HURRA' BAND will host a lively dance night with their orchestra. Saturday, July 11th at 9:00 PM features SUMMER VYNIL DJ FREEFLY spinning hits from the 80s, 90s, and 00s. The festivities conclude on Sunday, July 12th with a national stage performance by JOEY & RINA in the afternoon, followed by group dances with JOEY & RINA from 9:00 PM onwards.
