Every evening from 7:30 PM, you can enjoy food stands serving up delicious lake specialties, followed by lively dance nights with live orchestras. It's the perfect way to experience authentic Umbrian culture and cuisine.
Indulge in a variety of traditional dishes, including the famous brustico—a grilled perch cooked over a unique lake reed charcoal—and tegamaccio, a rich fish stew. You'll also find pasta with fish sauce, grilled meats, the savory torta al testo flatbread, and the refreshing summer classic, prosciutto e melone (ham and melon).
