The Sagra del Bisat returns to Teglio Veneto from June 26th to July 12th, 2026! This unmissable event features unique culinary specialties centered around 'bisat' (eel), lively dance evenings with orchestras, live music, theatrical performances, and sports activities. You'll also find food and wine kiosks offering local delights and a charity fishing game.
Indulge in the festival's star, 'bisat' (eel), prepared two delicious ways: 'in umido' (stewed) and 'ai ferri' (grilled). Beyond the eel, savor other Italian favorites like 'moccoli al ragù' (pasta with meat sauce), fried calamari, and a variety of grilled meats including chicken thighs, 'costa' (pork ribs), 'galletto' (rooster), and 'salsiccia' (sausage). For sides, enjoy traditional beans, with or without onions.
Join us in Cintello di Teglio Veneto (VE) at the Ass. Sagra del Bisat from June 26th to July 12th, 2026. The fun kicks off on Saturday, June 27th, at 6:30 PM with the opening of food kiosks and the charity fishing game, followed by a dance school performance by Dance Life (Matteo & Samanta) and music by Zeta Musik at 8:00 PM. Sunday, June 28th, starts with the 7th 'Pedalata in giallo' bike ride at 9:00 AM, and an evening orchestra performance by Collegium at 9:00 PM. On Thursday, July 2nd, enjoy the play 'Le cognate' by Compagnia La Bottega. Friday, July 3rd, features a special 'costata' (rib steak) dinner (reservations recommended) and live music from Modalità di Conservazione. Saturday, July 4th, brings orchestra Fabio Corazza at 9:00 PM. Sunday, July 5th, includes the Green Volley Tournament at 9:00 AM and another orchestra performance at 9:00 PM. The charity fishing game is available every evening!
