The Sagra del Balanzòn di San Giacomo celebrates balanzoni, a unique fresh pasta from Ferrara. These spinach-infused tortelloni are filled with a rich mix, often including leftover tortellini and ricotta, and traditionally served with melted butter. Join us for two consecutive weekends of delicious food, with stands opening at 7:30 PM and takeout available from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The extensive menu also features mixed cured meats, maccheroncini with ragù, grilled specialties, desserts, and side dishes. Reservations are recommended for a guaranteed spot!
