The XXXIII Sagra dei Maltagliati invites you to four weekends of gastronomic celebration, featuring authentic local specialties. Indulge in traditional pasta dishes like orecchiette, polenta, bucatini all'amatriciana, and the famous maltagliati, alongside baccalà alla livornese. Each evening comes alive with music and dancing from local bands, a spacious dance floor, and a relaxed atmosphere. Assorted sandwiches, arrosticini (skewered lamb), cicoria (chicory), peperoni (peppers), and crepes are available every night. Proceeds benefit the Parish SS. Filippo e Giacomo.

Our menu highlights the star of the show, maltagliati, alongside a variety of first courses including hearty polenta with baccalà or sausage, classic bucatini all'amatriciana, and unique regional pastas like orecchiette with broccoli and sausage, or strozzapreti with peas and olives. For main courses, savor arista di maiale (pork loin), baccalà alla livornese (Livornese-style cod), or salsiccia al forno con patate (baked sausage with potatoes).
