This festival celebrates Carnia's most iconic dish: cjarsons, a traditional sweet and savory pasta with a secret recipe featuring cocoa, dried fruit, raisins, ricotta cheese, potatoes, jams, and grappa. Enjoy three days of festivities under a big tent with a stage, a full gastronomic menu, and lively musical evenings with local artists. It's an unmissable event for lovers of authentic Carnic cuisine.
Indulge in the unique Cjarsons di Piedim, a local specialty you won't find anywhere else. The menu also features delicious grilled meats, including chicken and Molinari wurstel, alongside crispy fries for a perfect festival meal.
Join us for three days of fun! On **FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th**, the food stands open at 6:00 PM with aperitivo, serving Molinari wurstel, chicken, fries, and Cjarsons. At 9:00 PM, dance the night away with an '80s and '90s music party by Radio Studio Nord. **SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th** sees the food stands open again at 6:00 PM, followed by an evening performance with Angelo Francesco and Bruno at 9:00 PM. On **SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th**, the stands open for lunch at 11:00 AM, with a special lunch event at 12:00 PM featuring Fausto Zarabara and dance entertainment by Luca Di Gallo and Annalisa Adami. The stands reopen at 6:00 PM, and the festival concludes with a grand closing party at 7:00 PM with Roby Music Folk. All events take place in the festival tent with a stage in Piedim, Arta Terme (UD), offering well-stocked food stands with grilled meats and traditional Cjarsons di Piedim.
