The traditional Sagra dei Bigoli celebrates a beloved local pasta, bigoli, alongside other delicious specialties from the Monte Cucco Park area. Enjoy a food stand featuring bigoli with various sauces, grilled meats, coratella (a traditional offal dish), and crescia farcita (a stuffed flatbread). Live music with dancing orchestras will liven up the evenings. Organized by the Pro Loco di Costacciaro in collaboration with local volunteers.
Indulge in a variety of bigoli pasta dishes, served with classic tomato sauce, a rich white ragù, or creamy ricotta. The menu also features succulent grilled meats, the unique local specialty coratella, and crescia farcita, a delicious stuffed flatbread perfect for street food lovers. Join us for three evenings of gastronomic delights and entertainment! On Monday, August 17, 2026, the cashiers open at 7:00 PM, followed by food stand opening at 7:15 PM, with performances by Isolani Spettacoli and Walia Mania. Tuesday, August 18, 2026, also kicks off at 7:00 PM (cashiers) and 7:15 PM (food stand), featuring Scarica la Nostra Appe, Masflowapp, and Band. The festivities continue on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, with the same opening times and music from Cd Pescatore, Pacini Manuel, and Malanotie. The food stand will offer bigoli (with tomato, ricotta, or white ragù), grilled meats, coratella, crescia farcita, desserts, and a full bar with cocktails.
