The traditional Sagra dei Bigoli celebrates a typical local pasta, bigoli, along with other delicious specialties from the Monte Cucco Park area. Enjoy food stands featuring bigoli with various sauces, grilled meats, coratella (a traditional offal dish), and crescia farcita (stuffed flatbread). Live music with dancing orchestras will liven up the evenings. Organized by the Pro Loco di Costacciaro in collaboration with local volunteers.
