You'll also find other regional specialties like scaloppine with mushrooms, mushroom frittata, potatoes and mushrooms, fried pizzillo, various sandwiches, and the unmissable 'provolone impiccato'—a local hanging provolone cheese specialty.
Indulge in a delightful array of traditional Italian dishes, with a special focus on porcini mushrooms. Enjoy classic spaghetti with porcini mushrooms or a simple tomato sauce.
