The 41st edition of the Sagra degli Gnocacci ai Funghi Porcini celebrates a traditional recipe, recognized with the DE.CO. 2023 certification. This food and wine event is dedicated to gnocacci with porcini mushrooms, a specialty of Lazio cuisine, promoted by the Municipality of Rocca Santo Stefano and the Pro Loco with the contribution of the Lazio Region.
