The 44th Sagra degli Arrosticini in Fiordimonte invites you to four festive evenings filled with live music and delicious local specialties. Starting at 7:00 PM each night, you can savor arrosticini (grilled lamb skewers), mixed grills, traditional pasta dishes, and other regional delights in a covered dining area. This event promises fun for everyone with dancing and games.
Indulge in a wide array of authentic Italian flavors, from savory starters like Olive all'Ascolana (fried stuffed olives) to hearty first courses such as Gnocchi with various traditional sauces like Ragú Bianco, Papera (duck), or Pecora (sheep), and classic pasta dishes like Penne all'Arrabbiata and Stringozzi. The stars of the show are the Arrosticini and mixed Grigliata. For lighter bites, enjoy Bruschetta and Panini.
